Where are the celebrations?
The celebrations will be held at Chateau Las Collas, Traverse Le Soler 66300, Thuir.
When should I RSVP by?
ASAP is preferable, but please no later than 26th May 2026.
Is there a dress code?
No strict rules, we would recommend to dress for sunshine, grass, dancing and good times. Sun hats welcome, stilettos discouraged. We will not provide flip flops, so please do bring a pair for the end of the evening (if you wish), and maybe a light jacket for the evening breeze..
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration, bar babes in arms. However, if you're making a family holiday of the trip, we can put you in touch with vetted English and French speaking babysitters for the day.
How will I get there on the day?
If you are staying in Thuir or Perpignan, then we've got you covered! We'll have a shuttle service on the day going from designated pick up spots in Thuir and Perpignan, to bring guests to and from the venue. If that is something you would like, please reserve a place on the shuttle
When do I need to book my transfer by?
ASAP is preferable, but please no later than 26thMay 2026. Whilst this may seem early this will enable us to work out costs for everyone and collect payments.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking at the venue.
Can I get a taxi?
This is a rural area of France, so taxis can be difficult to find last minute and expensive. We highly recommend organising taxis in advance, your hotels can help here.
What will the weather be like?
The forecast should be for a warm sunny day, but this region is a microclimate so it is difficult to know. We can only hope for the best! Temperatures are normally warm (early to mid-twenties celsius) and breezy, which can be quite chilly at night.
Can I take photos during the ceremony or speeches?
The ceremony and speeches will be unplugged. A professional photographer will be present to capture these moments, and we kindly ask that you refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony and speeches so everyone can be fully present.
You are very welcome to take photos and videos during the remainder of the celebrations.
